There is a water slide restriction for ALL beach/county parks. We operate with honesty and integrity and will be more than happy to set up allowed attractions. This restriction was implemented in July of 2008 by the Director of Parks & Recreation for the County of Maui. You will probably have companies that are willing to set up water slides for you that are either ‘new’ and unaware of the restriction or non-compliant.

How is Jumpin for Joy different from other companies?
Our desire is to provide the best service to our customers from inquiry and reservations to delivery and pick up. You won’t find anyone out there who will match our willingness to go the extra mile to make your party or event as stress free as possible. We offer a large variety ON ISLAND (which means you won’t at the last minute have to scramble because your unit was not shipped from Oahu in time for your event).
Yes. We thoroughly clean each unit prior to each rental and upon each pick up.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a $75 (non-refundable) deposit upon reservation. If you decide to cancel (other than due to weather) you will be charged the deposit. NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN ONCE UNIT HAS BEEN SET UP.
Do you give discounts for multiple rentals?
Yes. Our most popular combination packages consist of (1) Medium 13×13 bouncer and (1) XLG attraction (such as Backyard Water Slide, XLG Bouncer OR Obstacle Course) for $325. Call for details.
Do I need to rent a generator?
All attractions can be run from a standard 110v outlet. Beaches, parks, some community centers require a generator.
Yes. For one unit, you will need a 3000 watt generator. If you will be renting 2 units, you will need a 5500 watt generator.
If you choose to provide your own generator you will be responsible to have it fueled and ready at delivery time.
How early should I make a reservation?
You can reserve up to 6 months prior to your event. The sooner you make your reservation, the better chance you have of ensuring you get the attraction(s) that you want for the date and time that you want.
What if I don’t have a credit card?
You will need to send a cashier’s check or money order which must be received 2 weeks prior to your event.
What kind of payment methods are acceptable?
We accept Visa or Mastercard.
Cash payments can be made upon delivery of the unit; however, a credit card is still required to reserve your attraction.
